Testosterone enanthate injection USP, provides testosterone enanthate, a derivative of the primary endogenous and rogen testosterone, for intramuscular administration. In their active form, androgens have a 1 7-beta-hydroxy group. Esterification of the 1 7-beta-hydroxy group increases the duration of action of testosterone; hydrolysis to free testosterone occurs in vivo. Testosterone esters are less polar than free testosterone. Testosterone esters in oil injected intramuscularly are absorbed slowly from the lipid phase; thus testosterone enanthate can be given at intervals of two to four weeks. Testosterone enanthate used in males to treat primary hypogonadism (congenital or acquired) – testicular failure due to cryptorchiciìsm, bilateral torsion, orchitis, vanishing testis syndrome, or orchidectomy. In females: metastatic mammary cancer. Other methods of counteracting estrogen activity in cases of adrenalectomy, hypophysectomy, and/or antiestrogen therapy.
Testosterone Enanthate is an extremely popular anabolic steroid, and should be found very easily on the anabolic steroid black market without any effort. It is also so common and easily manufactured that it should be obtained for very reasonable prices. Testosterone Enanthate exists as both human-grade pharmaceutical grade products, as well as underground lab (UGL) grade products on the market. The differences are obvious here, with quality control being the main issue, and that pharmaceutical grade Testosterone Enanthate is usually more expensive for obvious reasons.
To strengthen the anabolic properties of testosterone, more than 100 synthetic steroid derivatives have been described for human purposes. The anabolic effect promotes protein synthesis, muscle growth and erythropoiesis. In clinical practice, substances with anabolic effect are needed to overcome various catabolic states. However, none of these compounds are devoid of androgenicity. Androgenic and anabolic properties of anabolic steroids cannot be totally separated. Therefore, it is more appropriate to use the term anabolic androgenic steroids (AAS).
