I have injections in my Knee every three months and they give me a pain free life  with no pain killers. It varies each time but I know how effective it will be as they inject, the more it hurts the better it will be and the doctor says he can feel the needle going in to inflamed tissue and I say don't I know it but carry on you have hit the right spot. It is sore for a day or two but after that it is a win, win situation with it lasting up to 2 months and then the pain starts coming back so I have to resort to pain killers untill I am allowed another jab, only allowed 3 a year. Injection work's best on the Knee and vary's on other joints but they are well worth a try. They reach there most effective within a week and if they do not work for you then worth trying again as it is important to get it in just the right spot and the ankle is a much smaller joint.

What Is It: Inflammation of the growth plate of the heel
Causes: Growth spurt where the heel bone grows faster than the surrounding muscles and ligaments, standing for long periods, overuse from participating in lots of sporting activities like running and jumping
Symptoms: Pain in heel usually at the back or underneath the heel.  Inflammation and tenderness, pain when walking, ankle stiffness. Symptoms are worse with activity and improve with rest. Often affects both feet at the same time
Treatment: Strengthening and stretching exercises , rest, orthotics, medication.  Symptoms usually settle within 2 months.

The exact dosing instructions for nitric oxide supplement is not known. However, most supplements contain an average dose of grams of L-arginine and L-citrulline. We suggest you follow a process known as tolerance mapping to understand just how much nitric acid is required for your body. The process is simple. All you have to do is start with a small dose in Week 1. During the first week, make sure you note down the benefits and side effects that you are feeling. Once your body has adjusted to the lowest dose possible, you can then increase the dosing until you start feeling beneficial effects. Gradually, your body starts adjusting to the supplement and you will hit your optimal dose. However, the temporary recommendations for the supplement that you can take 2000mg-6000mg per day for optimum effects. Please note that overdosing is possible as dose variations can happen due to physiological differences. In case you notice diarrhea, vomiting, weakness, and nausea, stop the supplement immediately and consult your personal physician. Please note that liquids are absorbed much faster than solids and dosages for liquids will be lower than that of solid preparations.

The Achilles tendon comes from the muscles at the back of your thigh and your calf muscles. These exercises need to be performed first with the knee straight and then with the knee bent in order to stretch both parts of the Achilles tendon. Twice a day do the following wall push-ups or stretches: (a) Face the wall, put both hands on the wall at shoulder height, and stagger the feet (one foot in front of the other). The front foot should be approximately 30 cm (12 inches) from the wall. With the front knee bent and the back knee straight, lean into the stretch (. towards the wall) until a tightening is felt in the calf of the back leg, and then ease off. Repeat 10 times. (b) Now repeat this exercise but bring the back foot forward a little so that the back knee is slightly bent. Repeat the push-ups 10 times.
